All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. We currently ship to the following locations:

United States

• Free shipping on orders $50 and over
• First Class Mail by weight via the US Postal Service
• $6.95 Flat Rate Priority Mail via the US Postal Service
• UPS*

In an effort to bring you the best possible shipping options, we have also included First Class USPS shipping by weight as an option.  This will allow those of you who's orders are <13 oz to take advantage of economical First Class shipping if you choose.

Canada

Canada shipping rates are as follows:

• < 2 lbs $5.00
• 2-4 lbs $15.00
• >4 lbs $30.00

Items under 4 lbs will be shipped via USPS First Class (unless otherwise noted in order comments).  Items over 4 lbs will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. 

All Other International**

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping charges for you based on the weight of your items and the shipping method you choose.

• International First Class Mail via the US Postal Service*
• International Priority Mail via the US Postal Service*
• International Priority Mail Flat Rate Box via the US Postal Service

You may find that the Priority Mail Flat Rate Box will be a better deal for heavy items such as card stock and impression plates.  You can view your shipping options from your cart before checking out by clicking on the "Estimate Shipping" link.  Select the most cost effective option at checkout.

*Shipping rates are calculated by weight. All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

**International Shipping: All International packages will be marked as commercial merchandise at sale value. You are responsible for any applicable duty or taxes that may be required for the delivery of your package.

Also note: Order tracking is not available for First Class Mail and we can not be responsible for lost or damaged items.
