We are delighted that you love our images as much as we do and we want you to share your creations as much as possible. Our Angel Policy is as follows:
Personal use is unlimited.
All commercial use of our designs (ie. Etsy, etc.) must adhere to the following terms and conditions:
- All stamp impressions must be made by hand and no mechanical or other form of reproduction is permitted.
- Quantities are limited to projects that are limited in scope, and otherwise do not constitute an ongoing business. Additionally, quantities for commercial use are generally allowed if they are in the range of 50 hand-stamped impressions per stamp image.
- Wherever possible, Wplus9 Design Studio, LLC copyright should be credited.
The production of much larger numbers, and/or for an ongoing business, would need explicit permission and would be subject to an official agreement. For example, if you wanted to offer a permanent design, that you hand-created to order, an agreement to provide commercial licensing for those designs could be permitted. Wplus9 Design Studio, LLC images would need proper credit in your product description.
